If you are looking to have a hands off approach then fully managed is the package for you. A fully managed service consists of:

Tenant find only

If you are looking to be hands on and involved in every aspect of your property then perhaps tenant find only is for you. This services consists of but is not limited to:

  • Property marketing and full marketing updates
  • Accompanied Viewings
  • Full referencing checks
  • Protecting security deposit
LCL Lettings understand that life throws unexpected obstacles at us, so on the Tenant find only package we can offer the following when required at an additional cost.

  • Inventory Property Inspections and reports
  • Check In

  • Repairs and maintenance

Our Landlord Fees

Fully Managed

£450 initial set up fee to include
  • Property Marketing
  • Full Tenant referencing
  • Deposit Registration
  • Tenancy Agreement

Ongoing management fee 9%, subject to flexibility dependent upon portfolio size.
Renewal Fee – £75.00

Tenant find only

65% of the first month’s rent
Renewal Fee – £95.00

Optional Extras

  • Inventory (recommended) – £125.00
  • Tenancy Agreement – £55.00
  • Property inspections – £25.00
  • Deposit Registration – £25.00
