When we have found the right home for you we will then start the referencing process which involves -
- A credit check
- Landlord Reference
- Employment Reference
- Photo ID
- Character Reference ( If required )
- Proof of finances ( If required )
- Right to rent in the UK documents
- Guarantor Information ( If required )
